Begin by scheduling an appointment with us. This will reserve a slot in our service roster. We will put you in our calendar and we will contact you again when we are on our way.Â
On the day of your scheduled service, we’ll send you a text in the morning as a reminder. About 15 minutes before our technician arrives, you’ll receive a call or text so you can inform them about your vehicle’s location and where they can find the keys.
Once our technician has all they need, they’ll get to work! Alongside the primary service, we will:
- Conduct a courtesy check of your vehicle’s fluids and tire tread depth.
- Run a comprehensive health report, ensuring there aren’t any hidden issues in the engine, transmission, or other vehicle systems.
After the service, our technician will connect with you to return your keys. The balance can be settled through:
- Cash
- Major credit cards
- Venmo or Cash App
- Our convenient text-to-pay option
Your vehicle’s well-being doesn’t end when our service does. We partner with CARFAX to help you maintain a record of the services, especially handy for vehicle warranty requirements. Plus, after each service, you’ll receive the full health report we’ve conducted.
